She is interested in how changes in stress levels affect both physical health (such as impairments to the immune system) and psychological health (cognitive deficits and psychopathologies). Her research also focuses on individual and group differences—particularly gender differences—in these effects.

Keri Harvey, a personal trainer and pain-free performance specialist who works out of an inclusive and welcoming gym called Form Fitness Brooklyn. The hosts and Keri discuss the importance of inclusivity, overcoming gym intimidation, and redefining fitness goals.
